Is anyone else LIVID about this whole Kobe trial thing?
It makes me sick that a woman's past sexual history plays a role in a rape trial. You know, cause a person can't be raped if they have a past sexual history. It's just NOT POSSIBLE. It's a battle lost, for all the men and women fighting for rape awareness, etc. More battles coming. Although, I should be more concerned about the countless incidents that aren't going to be public battles. The assaults that never are reported, that people deal with silently. The silence is a hundred times more dangerous, it seems.
I get so angry. It seems like we all should be doing more more more. It's like beating your fists against a concrete wall, but maybe with enough fists?
